I, and my family and friends, have had dinner at Bistro 110 more than twenty times over the last six or seven years. The food has always been extremely good (we have NEVER had a bad meal or experience) - but probably too plentiful to suit me. The service is always outstanding - they are really attentive to your needs - especially for the money (which I think is only mid-range for downtown Chicago). The atmosphere is generally boistrous, but warm and friendly. For my money - unless I am dining at an elite ($$$$$) restaurant - Bistro 110 is where I always go. I love the artichoke, salmon and the creme brulee. My first creme brulee was at a fancy restaurant in the Eiffel Tower. Of all the great restaurants in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles and London that I have tried creme brulee - this is the only one that equals the one I had in Paris.
